THE OBJECTIVES
The objectives are a real commitment and involvement into the business world by:

continent as well as the globe.
- Installing sustainable infrastructure, upgrading and rehabilitation of existing ones.
- Assisting small entrepreneurs managing their finances.
- Providing a world-class marketing strategy.
To be fully involved in the real world of business, overcoming all the challenges and professionally
competing with big companies. Making profit, this will help in improving the infrastructure and assets of the
company. Creating jobs and help developing working skills to previously disadvantaged people. Through the
success of the company we will help in developing the community (Providing training etc.). Ability to provide
totally integrated business solutions across a range of technological platforms, industries, Investment and
Engineering.
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
It is the policy of the Cicam Holdings to strive to redress the social imbalance of the past in our
workplace and the markets that we service.
To this end active steps are taken to
- create an equitable employment environment within the company
- Pursue projects that promote the development of emerging contractors, the
establishment of skills transfer and the creation of labour opportunities.
These steps include inter alia the following:
- Implementation and support of a bursary programme favoring students from historically
disadvantaged communities.
- Provision of vacation and experiential training work to students.
- Ensuring equal access to employment through equitable recruitment.
- Providing equitable and market related remuneration.
- Providing in-house training and career development at all levels.
- Identifying, recognizing, improving and nurturing leadership and managerial potential by
increasing responsibility.
- Rewarding loyal and continued above average contribution to the company through the
introduction of deserving individuals into the management and shareholding structures of the
company.
In addition, projects totaling more than R1 billion rand in value – each which actively enabled the
involvement of emerging black contractors, the transfer of skills through on site training by our staff
and the creation of hundreds of temporary and permanent job opportunities – were designed and
implemented by this company.
FUTURE PLANS
- The future plan is too able to be computable within two years of service.
- To be listed in the listed companies on JSE.
- The 10 years plan is to have at least financial assets of above R500m and all the necessary resources
required.
- The 15 years plans to be able to compete with big companies and improve profit rate timely.
- We are focusing on growing the asset value of the company, building a strong balance sheet and
bringing the business for optimum value at the time you dispose of it.
